The purpose of the job is to be a language support and subject expert. The candidate should preferably have an e-learning background.

Develop and/or create high-quality digital and paper-based learning, practice, and assessment assets.
Develop original contextual content, lesson structures, that incorporate contextualized instruction or real-life authentic materials.
Collaborate with the project team to modify developed modules, lesson structures.
Map all digital assets to a Universal Curriculum Framework.
Quality control of the asset development work.
Research, review, and select appropriate 3rd party digital content assets, and secure license agreements with them.
Proofread and Language correction.
Plagiarism corrections and content modifications.
Ensure the product follows best practice pedagogy in line with current educational research.
Strong Research skills and up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends in the related subject.

Bachelors and Masters in English. Bachelors in other streams with a strong flair in the English language are welcome to apply.
Fresher, 1 to 3 years’ experience in an English Subject Matter Expert or curriculum development role. Freshers with an urge to work in this field are welcome.
Experience with English as a Second Language intake procedures.
Excellent people and project management skills.
Strong creative problem-solving skills, with innovation by restriction mindset.
A life-long learner, with a high degree of curiosity to explore and experiment with new ideas.

Skills and abilities in content development, lesson development, writing, communication, and editing.
Strong attention to detail for error-free/quality work output.
Excellent Spoken, Written, and Proofreading .
Strong documentation skills.
Good Coordination skills with both internal and clients/stakeholders.
Must have excellent editing skills, attention to detail, be able to take initiative, and adhere to deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 software applications required.
